1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on belfer.store, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
2. Our Products
All products on belfer.store are made to order — manufactured specifically when you place your order. We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and sizing information are accurate. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
3. Pricing and VAT
All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of UK VAT at the applicable rate. For EU and international orders, import duties and local taxes may apply upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
4. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept payment methods as shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store card details.
5. Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This confirms we have received your order — it does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraud, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before purchasing.
8. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or equivalent EU legislation. If you are an EU customer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and are not overridden by these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All Belfer® designs, logos, graphics, and brand assets are the property of Belfer & Co Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belfer & Co Ltd's liability to you shall not exceed the total value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Complaints and Disputes
If you have a complaint, contact us at Contact@Belfer.Store. We aim to respond within 5 business days. UK customers may refer unresolved disputes to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme. EU customers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
13. Governing Law
For UK customers: these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For EU customers: the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and are not overridden by this clause.
