REFUND POLICY
Our Commitment
Every Belfer® product is made to order. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at Contact@Belfer.Store with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
You do not need to return the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and equivalent EU legislation are fully protected.
Lost in Transit
If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us at Contact@Belfer.Store with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the package is confirmed lost, arrange a free replacement at no cost to you. Please allow a few days beyond the estimated date before contacting us, as delays can occur.
Failed Delivery (Incorrect Address)
If an order is returned to our fulfilment facility because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you. Re-shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer.
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at Contact@Belfer.Store with your order number. We will acknowledge your cancellation and provide full return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original packaging — we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method, including any delivery costs paid. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

All products include a size guide. We strongly encourage consulting it before purchasing. We are happy to help with sizing queries before you order — contact us at Contact@Belfer.Store.
EU Customers
EU customers retain all rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
