How Our Products Are Build
Every Belfer® product is built to standard. Production begins promptly after your order is confirmed. Please allow for production time within the estimated delivery windows below.

Which Products Ship From Where
Most Belfer® products are fulfilled from our UK and EU warehouses. Some products ship from North America or China — this is clearly stated on the individual product page where applicable.
Import Duties and Taxes
Products fulfilled from our UK and EU warehouses are not subject to import duties for UK and EU customers.
For products shipped from North America or China, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply upon entry into the UK or EU. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch notification.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the order will be returned to our fulfilment facility. Re-shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer. Please double-check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at contact@belfer.store with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
