Orders & Production

How long does it take to receive my order?

Every Belfer® piece is built to standard. Here's what to expect:

Need it faster? Express delivery is available at checkout for UK orders — arrives in 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

Why does it take longer than a standard retailer?

Fulfilment takes 2–5 business days before your order is dispatched, and some pieces ship from outside the UK. The table above shows the realistic totals.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders move into fulfilment quickly, so we can only stop or change one within 24 hours of placing it.

Email contact@belfer.store straight away if you need to.

After that, your order will be made and sent — but you still have the right to cancel. Tell us within 14 days of it arriving and send it back for a refund. See “What is your returns policy?” below.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know what size to order?

Every product page has a size guide linked directly from the size selector. We recommend checking measurements before ordering — especially for unisex pieces which are designed with a relaxed fit.

Do your clothes run true to size?

Most Belfer® pieces are designed with a relaxed, oversized fit. Check the individual product size guide for specific measurements. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing down for a more fitted look.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To initiate a return, submit a return request through your order confirmation email or account page within 14 days of receiving your order. Return instructions will be provided once your request is submitted.

Please send items back unworn and unwashed. You can try something on as you would in a shop; if an item has been handled more than that, we may reduce the refund to reflect it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or of you showing us proof you’ve sent it if that comes first, including any delivery costs you paid.

What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?

We take quality seriously. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email contact@belfer.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

You do not need to return the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna — so you can split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments.

How do I apply my discount code?

Enter your code at checkout in the discount code field. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on your first order. To activate it, enter your free shipping code at checkout in the discount code field before completing payment. Subsequent orders have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK and EU. Most products ship from within the UK or EU. A few ship from North America or China — the product page says so — and for those orders, import duties and taxes may apply on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility.

Some products have regional restrictions — these are noted on the individual product page.

The Brand

What does Belfer mean?

Belfer is a Romanian word with two meanings: a teacher or mentor, and a person who lives in luxury. We built a brand around both — because we believe wealth is a mindset before it's a bank balance.

Is Belfer a sustainable brand?

No — we don't make that claim. Where a piece uses organic cotton or recycled materials, its product page says so and names the certification. That is the only environmental claim we make.
