Orders & Production

How long does it take to receive my order?

Every Belfer®  piece is built to standard — produced fresh when you buy it. Here's what to expect:

Need it faster? Express delivery is available at checkout for UK orders — arrives in 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

Why does it take longer than a standard retailer?

Because we don't hold stock. Every piece is built for the person who ordered it — no warehouse, no waste, no compromise on quality. It takes a little longer. It's worth it.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we can only cancel or amend orders within 24 hours of purchase.

Email contact@belfer.store immediately if you need to make a change.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know what size to order?

Every product page has a size guide linked directly from the size selector. We recommend checking measurements before ordering — especially for unisex pieces which are designed with a relaxed fit.

Do your clothes run true to size?

Most Belfer® pieces are designed with a relaxed, oversized fit. Check the individual product size guide for specific measurements. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing down for a more fitted look.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To initiate a return, submit a return request through your order confirmation email or account page within 14 days of receiving your order. Return instructions will be provided once your request is submitted.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, including any delivery costs you paid.

What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?

We take quality seriously. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email contact@belfer.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

You do not need to return the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna — so you can split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments.

How do I apply my discount code?

Enter your code at checkout in the discount code field. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on your first order. To activate it, enter your free shipping code at checkout in the discount code field before completing payment. Subsequent orders have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK and EU. For UK orders, Standard DDP shipping is available with duties and taxes included — no surprise fees at the door.

The Brand

What does Belfer mean?

Belfer is a Romanian word with two meanings: a teacher or mentor, and a person who lives in luxury. We built a brand around both — because we believe wealth is a mindset before it's a bank balance.

Is Belfer a sustainable brand?

We don't overproduce. Zero unsold stock, zero waste. Every piece is made for the person who bought it. We source responsibly and are building toward full ethical manufacturing standards as we scale.
